Return & Exchange Policy
At The Etching House, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our laser-engraved, etched, and cut items, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we are here to help!
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange for damaged goods, follow these steps:
- Email us at theetchinghouseco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.
- Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions on returning the damaged product or arranging for a replacement.
We will either provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom laser-engraved, etched, or cut items
- Items damaged by misuse, accident, or wear and tear
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to a defect, contact us at theetchinghouseco@gmail.com with the necessary details.
